OUR TERMS

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check or money order. You can submit payment with a credit card through this website, or send a check or money order by mail along with a letter stating your order and shipping address to: ATOMIC Magazine, 350 Third Ave. #255, New York, NY 10010.

All sales are final. Merchandise will be replaced only if damaged in transit and returned to us. We must be notified of damaged goods within 10 days of receipt. Because of high international shipping costs, customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for additional shipping charges on redelivery of items returned by foreign post offices or replacement of items damaged in transit. Claims of lost items must be made to us within 30 days after we put your order in the mail. There are no refunds.

ATOMIC will not sell your email address or any other information about you to commercial marketing companies or any other third party. Your email address, mailing address and other personal information we may request are used solely for the purpose of processing your order or subscription and for sending out notices about new items we carry or special events we're helping to promote.
